St Luke’s Healthcare Professionals LTD offers personal and functional care and associated domestic services to meet the needs of dependent clients (“Service Users”) these may include older people who need assistance due to illness to continue living in their own homes and community. This will be achieved by promoting a standard of excellence, which embraces fundamental principles of Good Care practice that is witnessed and evaluated through the practice, conduct and control of quality care in the domestic environment. It’s our priority to make that our clients are looked after as underpinned by our Values.
What we offer
Wellbeing/ social interaction: we assist with shopping, hobbies, and craft. Companionship - Day and night sitting service. Cleaning/ Laundry - We provide light housekeeping service. Escorts - Hospital, clinic, dental appointments. Palliative care - care for terminal ill conditions in the community.
Aiming to treat every client in a non-discriminatory fashion whilst respecting each client right to Independence, Privacy, Dignity, and the rights to make informed choices. Rapid response service - Support Ambulance service with Category C calls for falls. Convalescence - Support with rehabilitation postoperatively in the community.
Advocacy - We provide advice within our limitations and signpost our service users in the right direction for their care needs and support. Safeguarding - We provide/promote security, safety, and effective service. It is in the best interest of our service users that we have a duty to report any concerns regarding their safety to the appropriate organisations.
Personal care - washing, dressing, bathing, and showering. Nutrition - Assistance with meal preparation and serving. Medications - administer, prompt and support with medications as prescribed. Toileting - Incontinence and toilet hygiene. Commode emptying and cleaning.
