Advocacy - We provide advice within our limitations and signpost our service users in the right direction for their care needs and support. Safeguarding - We provide/promote security, safety, and effective service. It is in the best interest of our service users that we have a duty to report any concerns regarding their safety to the appropriate organisations.
Personal care - washing, dressing, bathing, and showering. Nutrition - Assistance with meal preparation and serving. Medications - administer, prompt and support with medications as prescribed. Toileting - Incontinence and toilet hygiene. Commode emptying and cleaning.
